국가과학기술연구회(NST)는 과학기술정보통신부 산하 기관으로, 대한민국 정부출연연구기관을 지원·육성하고 연구기관 간 협력을 통해 국가 과학기술 발전을 지원하고 있습니다.



국가과학기술연구회는 대한민국의 미래를 이끌어갈 우수 신진 연구자를 발굴하고, 연구자로서 지속적인 성장과 도전을 이어갈 수 있도록 지원하는 「국가포스닥펠로우십(National Postdoctoral Fellowship, NPF)」을 올해 새롭게 추진합니다.



NPF는 우수 박사후연구원이 3년간 안정적으로 연구에 전념하며 독립적인 연구 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 연간 인건비 9천만 원, 연간 신진연구과제비 1억 원, 사업기간 내 해외교류연수 1회를 지원할 예정입니다.



현재 해외에서 연구에 매진하고 계신 박사후연구원 및 신진 연구자 여러분이 그동안 쌓아온 연구 경험과 역량을 바탕으로 대한민국에서 새로운 연구 기회를 모색하고, 연구자로서 한 단계 더 성장하는 계기가 되기를 바랍니다.



특히, 새로운 연구에 도전하고 대한민국에서 연구자로서 새로운 가능성을 펼치고자 하는 분들에게 NPF가 의미 있는 연구 여정의 출발점이 되기를 기대합니다.

Greetings from the HR Development Innovation Division of the National Research Council of Science & Technology (NST)!



NST is an organization under the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) that supports and fosters Korea's government-funded research institutes and promotes collaboration among them to advance national science and technology.



We are pleased to announce the National Postdoctoral Fellowship (NPF), a new program designed to identify and support outstanding early-career researchers and provide them with opportunities to pursue research and further develop their careers at Korea's government-funded research institutes.



Selected NPF fellows will receive KRW 90 million in annual salary support, KRW 100 million in annual research funding, and one overseas research exchange opportunity during the three-year fellowship period.



We hope this program will provide postdoctoral researchers and early-career scientists currently conducting research overseas with an opportunity to bring their research experience and expertise to Korea, explore new research opportunities, and take the next step in their research careers.



Especially, we hope the NPF will serve as a meaningful starting point for researchers who are interested in taking on new research challenges and exploring new possibilities in Korea.
